Our aim in servicing clients is to ensure that they are not scared of asking questions, and being billed for every small issue or minute. When clients are scared to ask questions, more significant issues arise that can be extremely costly.
Our approach is not to nickel and dime our clients so that they fear asking questions. Basic questions are not billed to a client. However, if there is significant consulting time required to address an issue, our hourly consulting rate will apply.
Income tax return preparation costs are NOT billed on an hourly basis, but are quoted on before anything starts and depend on the difficulties involved in each related situation.
